EXCHANGES

Damaged tees can be exchanged for the same size/design within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Only unwashed and unworn items can be exchanged for a replacement. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions. Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions or concerns you may have at thepurplepineappleva@gmail.com. We aim for customer satisfaction and will always make an order right if there's an error on our end. 

PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  Please note: larger orders may extend beyond normal processing time. Please email us at thepurplepineappleva@gmail.com if you're needing an order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate. 

WHOLESALE

There is a 6 minimum per design requirement for screenprint tees. There is no minimum requirement for sublimation tees. All wholesale orders not meeting the screenprint requirement, will be refunded.
